Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
2. How to Track Your Order
Once your package is on its way, we will send an email with your unique tracking number and direct link. You can check the shipping progress at any time via our [Track Your Order] page.
3. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you believe you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us at hello@beamtlc.com before your order enters processing. Once an order has been processed, address changes cannot be accommodated.
4. International Shipping Notice
We support international shipments to eligible countries. Some products, such as the Dream powder with melatonin, cannot be shipped to certain European countries and other restricted regions. Certain countries are completely excluded from shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify local import rules before placing an international order.
